As the world adapts to the ‘new normal’, Paper Owl Films is conscious that with multiple teams all working remotely on upcoming projects, lack of inclusion or unconscious bias communication could impact staff morale.
The directors are therefore addressing this issue by surveying staff this month to find out their experiences to date, and from this they will lay out best practice for all communication going forwards.
Ensuring all our ‘Owls’ feel part of the Paper Owl Family is a key consideration and doesn’t cease when working remotely.
